Delightful Holiday Experience!
Thank you to Santa and Mrs. Claus for providing a fun and interactive way to brighten my boys holiday season. I concur with many of the other reviewers: Santa was on the ball in every way, he was well prepared and integrated the (long!) list of background information I provided into the conversation seamlessly. My older son (and husband!) was in awe of all the details Santa knew about him and his brother. And he loved the stories about the elves and other fun critters that have been visiting at the North Pole. My son was so sad to learning Santa wont be calling again tonight ;) Merry Christmas, Santa and Mrs. Claus!

Beyond Expectations Experience!
Our kids are 7 and 5....we have always been a super Christmassy family. I grew up that way. In a difficult 2020 year, with minimal, if any, outside experiences to be festive....this idea seemed solid. But would he deliver? Santa came through in spades. He took all the info he "knew/learned" about our kids in advance and thread it cleverly through a whimsical and engaging conversation for 15 minutes. They were stunned, excited, and enthralled in his stories, questions with slick comments about what the "elves had told him" about our kids. He listened and worked some improv magic into their chat rolling with their questions into clever answers. Not a hesitation. I was captivated too. WELL DONE SANTA. Our kids hope this is the norm. Just as good as we hoped
Our three kids had a great experience with Santa and Mrs. Claus. Santa was on time, and full of positive energy, which we appreciated. He asked lots of questions, and engaged with the kids in a very authentic way. Would highly recommend.

Magical Experience
We booked Santa for a virtual call for our two children. Santa was amazing! He incorporated the information I had forwarded him prior to the call in his conversation and kept the conversation flowing the whole time. My son couldn’t believe Santa knew his sister’s nickname. Santa even had time to read a story and took we took a picture at the end of the call. We did this because we aren’t going to visit a mall Santa this year but if this was available in the future I would definitely consider doing it again!
